Ingredients
Musk Melon: 1 medium sized
Jaggery, powdered: 5tbspngredi
Ice: 5-6 cub
Water: As required
Preparation
- Peel off the skin of the musk melon and remove the seeds.
- Blend the musk melon pieces with the jaggery in a mixer/blender.
- Add water as required to adjust the consistency.
- Serve chilled by adding ice cubes.
Notes
- One can also use Sugar as a sweetener, but in my experience Jaggery adds a different flavour to Musk melon juice.
- You may increase or decrease the amount of jaggery to suit the sweetness required.
