INSTANT CAPSICUM PICKLE



Yields: 1 small bowl(5 servings)

Ingredients 

Capsicum(cut into small pieces): 1 no (big)
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp
Fenugreek(dry roasted and powdered): 1/2 tsp
Hing: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Gingelly oil: 2 tsp
Salt: as required

Preparation 


  1. Take a mixing bowl and add cut capsicum, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, hing, chilli powder, lemon juice, gingelly oil, salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and transfer it to a glass jar.
  3. Serve after an hour.
  4. Can be stored for 5-6 days in a cool place.
